Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://kmservicecleaning.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, K&M Service Cleaning markets and arranges Home Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://kmservicecleaning.com is the property of K&M Service Cleaning or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. K&M Service Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K&M Service Cleaning's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid K&M Service Cleaning in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K&M Service Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of LA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in LA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
